Calvin “Cal” Tendoe

With nearly 30 years of experience in architecture, Cal brings a rich heritage of construction knowledge, stemming from three generations of general contractors. His childhood summers spent on construction sites with his father and grandfather gave him invaluable insights into the building process. Cal earned his B. Arch from Cornell University and initially gained recognition for his sophisticated designs in the east end of Long Island. Over time, his passion shifted towards creating mixed-use properties that harmonize with the community while serving its functional needs. Beyond his architectural work, Cal is actively involved in non-profits like Girls in STEM and the Long Island Historical Society. He resides in Wading River with his wife Vanessa and their three children, one of whom is pursuing a career as a Professional Engineer.
